This 12 minute concept album packs about as many styles in a short duration as it does absurd samples from the 1991 film Total Recall. Take the idea of an album like 'Star Wars Breakbeats' and distill into something purified for those with no attention span, add a big dose of Arnold Schwarzenegger, mix in a little disturbed imaginaion, and you'd be pretty close to Total Remix. This little album is catchy, entertaining, and hilarious, and at the same time etherial and haunting. Phillip K Dick and Paul Verhoven would be proud.
